Shenzhen Bay Cultural Center, by MAD Architects

Two days in and around the Shenzhen Bay Cultural Center in November 2025. Designed by MAD Architects under Ma Yansong, Dang Qun and Yosuke Hayano, it sits on the shore of Shenzhen Bay as a group of white, pebble-like volumes over a public park, with the galleries sunk beneath them. It has also been published as Shenzhen Bay Culture Park and Shenzhen Bay Culture Square.

The pictures follow its exhibition floors and escalators, the long ramps outside, and the building at night. The same building is under Architecture as a project, worked on from August 2023 to November 2024.
